This is the first photo of the series I've made for the International Symposium of Contemporary Art of Milan (15-22 May 2011), about the mental disease and solidarity. At the events, workshops and activities were some artists coming from all europe, expressing their art in different disciplines: photography, painting, sculpture ....At the end of it there were some exhibitions in different locations in Milan and arounds of the most significative artworks.

This composition is the fourth of a new series i ve made for the collective exhibition "Labor Union, a long way..." that took place in Milan on last March 2011. There were about 30 invited photographers with 5 pictures from each one. I curated the set up of the expo and the catalogue on dvd too, the curator of the event was Antonella Prota Giurleo.

Questa composizione è la quarta di una nuova serie creata per la mostra collettiva "Camera del Lavoro, un lungo cammino...", tenuta a Milano lo scorso mese di marzo 2011. Hanno partecipato circa 30 fotografi su invito con 5 opere ciascuno. Io mi sono occupato anche dell'allestimento e del cataloga della mostra su dvd, mentre artista curatrice dell'evento era Antonella Prota Giurleo.

This series is the first published part from the set "Landscapes from a farm park south Milan" and they are enclosed in my first personal expo i had in 9th of september to 19 with my friend Mirko Bozzato , graphic designer and photographer. The farm park of south Milan is a reality which Mirko and I appreciate it's the greenest area of Milan: a beautiful reality that needs to be protected by building speculation. The expo is about a collaboration between us ...we were really good friends since we were kids and he started to take pictures about the awesome landscapes there during the last two years: i proposed to him to re-work with my style on his photos. Im very glad that I finally made a work on landscape images, trying to give them a sense of dramatic force to represent all the pressure by building interesting buildings around the park area: the idea is to use my textures to show a hidden dark side that could ruin the peace and beauty of the place

The Demons will never give up......they always try to bring you with them down in their (other)world, dark, obscure and frightful: that is the Underworld. A place to avoid, a place of torment and pain....you really need to fight hard to resist and don't be their prey. This conflict can make u stronger, can help to know yourself better: in fact ...this is the fight for your life, the struggle we all need to overcome and become the person we are.

This piece is part of the series "Demons" i have started in 2009 and composed of three images: "Fire Walks with Me", "The Demons, "The Door" and The Others : this is the fifth chapter.
