On a day out with my Daughter to the Hedgehog rescue centre which had a section of land for some foxes. They did not like to come out of the underground dens that often but I was at least going to wait for one even if it was just the top of a head. To my luck one came out and sat on top of the mound and watched the ducks.
Horror for the kids came later when one of the ducks got in (not sure if it got over or through a gap) but Mrs fox grabbed it quick and ran to the corner...luckily the staff are fast and got the poor bird before anything horrible happened. I do wish I had not packed the camera away so early though!

Got the camera out just in time as this Peacock took a fancy to me. As I walked passed he watched me and when I stopped he took a few steps forward and then released the plumage in my direction. I only had a few seconds to get the camera up and focus quickly to get this shot in.....and I thought I was quick, that new lynx must really work ;)
