Lisa was raised in an agricultural-based family and instilled with a strong appreciation for the land and wildlife of Michigan. Lisa is a 2011 graduate of North Central Community College where she obtained an Associate of Science degree and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in biology and chemistry. In the summer of 2009, she studied on Beaver Island at North Central Michigan University’s Biological Research Station.&lt;/p&gt;</media:description>

Ross graduated from Northern Michigan University in April 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in physical geography. He studied abroad in Germany in 2009 and spend the following summer in a remote field site in Alaska where he was a site monitor for the Cook Inlet Aquaculture Association. Ross hopes to utilize these experiences to help conserve natural resources in the northeast region of Michigan’s Lower Peninsula, where he grew up as a child.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
