Karsten Greve se fit connaître à Paris en exposant des œuvres de l’avant-garde d’après 1945, de Louise Bourgeois à John Chamberlain. Aujourd’hui, on court dans cette galerie de la rue Debelleyme pour découvrir les photos esthétiques de Yiorgos Kordakis, ou celles de l’américaine Sally Mann. Pour la petite histoire, cette artiste s’est fait connaître avec sa série « At Twelve », des portraits de jeunes adolescentes entre l’enfance et l’âge adulte.

En ce moment : La galerie propose jusqu’au 21 mai 2011 une exposition où les œuvres de Brassaï et de Dubuffet se répondent et se complètent sur le thème du Graffiti.

Hotel le A.... why le A?
One day the artist Fabrice Hybert scribbled an A, and began helplessly laughing …It is the first universal letter and has a nice ring to it, it is the best name for a hotel…and everything started off in the quest for “A”: A for (rue d’) Artois, A pour the Alphabet (26 rooms), A for Art (the hotel is an art gallery) and eventually resulted in the elongated “A” logo resembling the Eiffel Tower: the stamp by which Hotel Le A is recognised.
After many long months of work in 2003 this contemporary luxury hotel finally opened its doors.
