Apple Pan-Cake

Its kind of a cross between a pancake and an upside down cake. Bake it in a cast iron pan and turn it over onto a platter. It tastes a lot like a cake or sweet roll, but its thin like a pancake.
oh, and the apples were fresh picked from a friends farm.

Dark rye bread, Thousand Island dressing, swiss cheese, sour kraut, and thin sliced corned beef all put together and lightly smushed between two nice, hot, well lubed cast iron pans.
