Bad Girl art journal

I used a blank C&T Canvas 7x8 book to create this fun art journal for the online store I design for called Bad Girls Kits. Hence the "bad girl" title.
This book makes a perfect back drop for adding lush fabric squares and dainty lace trims.
Inside I will use the pages for any art challenges we have at our site.

RTG petal pots have quickly become one of my favorite items in the C&T family. I created this centerpiece as a hostess gift for the holidays. I traced the flower pot onto patterned paper, trimmed out the pieces and adhered to the outside of the pot. I sanded all the edges. I cut floral foam to fit inside the pot and layered Spanish Moss over the top. I added some leaves, eggs and other grasses from my local craft store.

I used the RTG 2 1/4" blocks to make a holiday banner. Simply cover the blocks with paper. Sand the edges. Add letter stickers to the front. Use an awl to poke a hole through the sides of the blocks and run large length of ribbon through each hole.

Recipe Boxes are such a great Christmas gift. All you need is several sheets of paper and a handful of embellishments.

Here is a close up of my transparency bundle. The baggie which I stamped on. The overlay over my picture, the clear clip and my heidi swapp hearts.

8 transparencies! Holy cow. I was scrambling to find anything clear.
So here is what I came up with.

1. I made my own "Pageframe" by using a clear chipboard holder from Fancy Pants. How easy is that??

2. Hambly overlay over my picture. Has my journaling on it also.

3. Fancy Pants transparency

4. A clear baggie that I had laying around. I stamped on it with Fancy Pants stamps and then went outside and picked some leaves off my hydrangea bush and put them inside.

5. Rhonna Farrer clear clip

6-8, I used 3 Heidi Swapp clear hearts
