A new twist on fries! Yes I got this from a small mom and pop restaurant in Guilin China on our way to a hike/bike ride. The texture and taste were just amazing!!!

This fisherman is one of the remaining 6 who use the Cormorant (bird) to catch fish. The Cormorant would sit on the water and just dive in when it sees a fish. Then delivers the goods to this guy.
