This was shot through a martini glass with the base facing the lens mount and a blue LED near the rim. A red laser is also aimed down the stem.

This image was generated by using a blue LED and red laser through refractive material and bounced directly onto the camera sensor. I suppose you could call this micro light painting.

I went out in a massive thunder storm to take my first ever photos of lightning. I ended up chasing the storm for a couple of hours, stopping, setting up, taking shots.... It was exhilarating!
