This the &amp;quot;traditional&amp;quot; Eid biryani in our household. It took 3 hours to make. There are more steps involved than in a chemistry experiment. It has four layers: two of rice, two of mutton. It contains over twenty spices including saffron. It tastes heavenly... &lt;br /&gt;
It goes without saying, I didn't make it  :-)&lt;br /&gt;
