Members of this group are welcome to post photos and details of patterns that they would like to swap or share, and perhaps pictures of things made from the patterns. It's then up to members to negotiate the arrangements amongst themselves for swaps. I've kept it invitation-only membership for now... we'll see how it goes. Some suggested guidelines: - put the pattern size in the picture title (ensuring you give measurements as 'Size 14' varies wildly between eras). - tag your photos with the bust size and era, making it easy to search amongst patterns. Any other tags, like type of garment, pattern company etc, increases ease of searching. - if you want to keep your patterns safe at home, trace off an accurate replica to send. Be sure to send a photocopy of all illustrations and instructions included with the pattern. - you may wish to request postage or copying costs to be paid through paypal if a member has requested a pattern but has nothing among their selection that appeals to you for a swap.
