Ever tried WHOLE WHEAT Chocolate Chip Cookies ? Bake these: ow.ly/ddGHC
I cut the recipe in half and used whole wheat flour and brown sugar. My family and internship supervisors loved them!

Overall, we couldn't tell that it was made of whole wheat- no grainy texture or dry flavor! It was sweet and chewy. I'm definitely going to make these again and again!

A cookie made from whole wheat flour... Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies! I was afraid of baking with whole wheat flour cause I thought my cookies were be too dry. The recipe is from ow.ly/cG12l
Things I changed was I added oats, put less sugar/honey, and baked at 10 minutes.

Overall, the cookies are the best eaten when out of the oven (except the burning sensation) They were alittle dry and grainy cause of the flour. It had a good peanut, honey flavor and the oats were a nice touch. However, I think white flour would make it better.

I made Chocolate Crinkle Cookies for my neighbor. Recipe is by Williams Sonoma ow.ly/cw0Az I was afraid the cookies would not have that crinkle look....sadly it didn't. Maybe cause I used cocoa powder instead of chocolate? The batter looked like ice cream and the confectioner's sugar was a nice sweet glaze.

Overall, I loved the slightly crisp edges and fudgy inside. It absolutely tastes great on the day it's baked. The cookies go great with tea, milk, and when hanging out with friends.

Another weekend of baking for my sister's birthday party! Upon her request, she wanted Sugar Cookies with Pink Icing. I actually used a snickerdoodle recipe minus cinnamon/sugar coating and royal icing except mine was too runny. So, I had to freeze the icing a bit. I used white chocolate chips, sprinkles, and M&Ms for toppings.

My family and relatives loved it especially the little kids who ate them like there was no tomorrow! The cookies were sweet and moist in the middle & icing hardened quickly which I wanted it too. Next time I'm going to be more creative with the decorations.

I surprised my mom with a homemade birthday cake along with celebrating the 4th of July! She loved it despite the messy frosting decoration. Cake mix is from Pillsbury Moist Yellow Cake Mix I seriously need to make a cake from scratch. The frosting on the right corner should be more red but lighting was bad. The funny part was my sister and I frosted the cake in less than 5 minutes cause our mom just came back from work.

Overall, the cake was very moist and sweet. I should've put more frosting in between the layers or cookie crumbs. I think I'll try making more birthday cakes! My sister called it Staples' Easy Button cake. Do you agree?
