Ooops! -- Ok well it's sounds to me as tho' you're now having second thoughts about it all!
Anyway, look two questions, was the release signed Prior to commencing the shoot? Or afterwards? And secondly,- if signed before hand then it should have been agreed and fully understood by both parties as to what strength of shots you were willing to do for that particular shoot! In addition, if you were paid a fee, and you also signed a Release Form as well then I regret to say that depending on the wording of the Release etc. You will have probably transferred all rights to the shooter! If so, then I doubt if you'll have much redress.

I am asking as a model. Yes, a release form was signed, but then I ended up going much further than I had intended, and that I had agreed to do up front.

Are you asking as Photographer? Or as a Model? If as a model did you agree to a certain type shot being taken? And of course the most important question which will be key to any answer you receive about this subject,- was a "Release Form" signed and a payment made?!

Can I ask a question about photo rights? Is it always the case that the photographer owns the orginals? And if so, is he allowed to do anything he wants with them? And what if it was agreed that there would be a certain type of photo taken, and then the photos ended up being more explicit - does the model have any say in getting those pictures back?
