MourgosPix, no one is asking you to withdraw all your photos. We are just suggesting that no one is interested in seeing silightly different versions of the same shot over and over. Try a little editing and you'll find people will appreciate your photos more.

Chill out. No one is whining, dude. Try to see a Group as a showcase for your better shots, not your personal catchall for every single image you took at Carnaval. Isn't that what our photostreams are for? If I see a really interesting image of yours in the Pool, then I'm compelled to visit your stream and browse your other images.

I don't agree. The biggest event for the Mission District was the Carnaval. There should be photos posted there. If you don't like the photos then don't look at them. Or write to the person who posted them. Complaining in the discussion board helps no one.

i'm not generally very litigious, but maybe there should be a limit on the number of photos one member can add in a given period of time. that might persuade people to be a little more selective with their contributions. on the other hand, perhaps the purpose of the group is not to provide a public place where we can exhibit our favorite mission related photos to people with similar interests, but rather to provide a comprehensive list of all the mission related photos ever taken (and posted to the flickrnets). if that's the case, then we should actually ENCOURAGE people to post everything, right? OMG i'm soooo confused!
