I'd prefer to stick to non-purchased "found flowers" and blooming weeds. But weeds of interest, rather than common 'junk' weeds... I know this may seem kind of strict, but the idea is discovery of more or less off of the beaten path serendipity, rather than ordinary flowers or leaves.

Oh yes - and the Ampelopsis brevipedunculata. ;-) But I don't think it should extend to leaves - that seems too remotely related, and will flood the pool with fall color. I'm sure there must be pools specifically for that already.

I think it would be a nice addition. I come accross a lot of wild berries from time to time. I know the yellow/orange berries are out in full force now.

I am wondering if I should open the rules up to include things such as wild berries, and other types of 'color' or interest found in the wild, rather than just flowers. Does anyone have an opinion on this?
