After a string of Milos who didn't last more than a year, we finally had an orange cat we didn't name Milo. We named him Nat instead, but usually just called him Orange Cat or Orangies. I was his Big Squishy, and we were the best of friends for over 14 years. He passed away last year.

Now I have a peachy-orange and white long-haired cat named Joe Friday.

Your orange kitteh Pumpkin is so lovely/handsome! :o) I'm a sucker for orange moggies and has owned two orangies in the past. I think they're cuter than long haired Persians (which my mother owns, three of them).

This is Odie, whose name came from the initials of the name we called him before we settled on a name (get that?): O.D. for Orange Dude.

Sometimes we call him "Mr Orange."

Dixie now Orangelina was her name when we adopted her from cats-r-us. She took three weeks to come out of hiding. She is getting more comfortable now still bolts at site strangers and fast movements. She comes to Dixie so I changed her name

Pumpkin appeared in our driveway on Thanksgiving morning...considered Sweet Potato, Yam, Satsuma, Tangerine, Clementine as possibilities, too! She was about 8 weeks old, hungry and thirsty, and living in a drainage pipe. She's since become a wonderful addition to our family!
