Hi everyone, I am a novice quilter myself, but learning lil by lil, working still on my 1st...but taking longer than most!!

I wanted to say hi, introduce myself my name is Evie, for those of you who know, or know of Sharon you know of her amazing skill. If ya don't check her out she is unbeleivable!! My beloved other half happens to be her son, and I am honored to know her.

I have been sucked into making quilted toys. It was my own fault, trying to find other uses for all that fabric that could still involve quilting but be small enough to finish fast and fun enough to want to make more.

I am not too sure about wool quilts, you mean like crochet pieces? I was thinking this group more for fabric piecing, preferrably quilted ( though not necessarily so...)

hi, welcome to all, just created this group because I have been a serious quilting exploration lately and no group at flickr seemed to fit exactly right to share photos of quilted pillows or placemats or pouches. There are some groups just for quilts and generic craft groups, so I thought there was a place for a group for quilted little things. I am appreciating it a lot already,some great photos I would not have found otherwise were already added to the group pool, thanks for sharing.

And because photo spamming is inevitable in any public group maybe there is need for some definition of group rules. Any ideas? I was thinking all quilted things, in progress or completed Ok. I was leaning for patchwork which is not quilted OK, what do you think? Fabric combos would be OK, as sort of work in progress photos. generic crafts items which are not obviously quilted or patchwork pieced would not be, or they would dilute the main purpose of the group.
