Attaching Dollfie Dream head on Obitsu 60cm body?

Hello! I have a DDH-06 head that I would like to attach onto an Obitsu 60cm body. This is my first 1/3 doll so I'm new to dolls of this size.

Is there any way to put the DD head on the Obitsu body without taking it apart or ordering a neck piece off of Y!J? Would replacing the Obitsu neck piece with the "DD Head Exchange Attachment" from Volks USA work?
