Hi, I´m kind of lost here. Seems like realbasic is not really basic programming for me, hehe.
I´m not a programmer since I wrote only one or two programs on realbasic (very simples ones).
As there isn´t a program that suits my needs ( an appilcation that automatically creates sets of 499 photos ordered by date taken. I have 13000 photos on flickr and organizer is very slow and unstable), I ´m trying to do it myself but i don´t know how to do it.
I tried the REALflickr-a-1.0.0, but a lot of interesting commands are greyed out. Why?
Can anyone give me some basic program like "Hello world" of RealFlickr? Like getting names of photos or make a new set, etc?
I don´t care about graphics windows or carefulness if the job is done.

G'day Folks

I'd like to know peoples thoughts on various collaborative procedures as I haven't done much collaborative programming before & some of my own practices (such as versioning) probably suck.

As a start I've decided to call versions at least up until having a complete (if untested) set of flickr methods "dev-xx". The last version was dev-01 & the version I've just uploaded dev-02.

The documentation also suck at the moment but I expect that anyone familiar with REALbasic can figure out what I have going on in the project (though that's no excuse). I'm open to suggestions & improvements.

If anyone does any work on REALflickr I ask that you keep things consistent with they way I've been going about it, ask if that's not clear & discuss before making changes.

Good to see a couple of new faces in the group. I invite everyone to introduce themselves with a few words about their interest in REALflickr. For me ... I'm a keen photographer, photography student & hobby programmer so REALflickr brings those interests together.

I'd like to keep discussion of REALflickr here for now but if it seems a mailing list would be better I can set one up.
