Tomorrow (Saturday 2nd May) is the last night that the classic play, The Playboy of the Western World will be running in the Watergate Theatre.
Having doen a lot of online promotional work for it, and seeing it a few times, I would strongly advise you get a ticket for it.
The company, Dreamstuff Youth Theatre have done a fantastic job, portraying the conflicted dark comedy about Christy Mahon (played by Peter O'Connor), a young mysterious lad, who arrives in a local pub after killing his da.
Remember, tomorrow night is your last chance, so get your tickets quick, before it's too late!
It runs in Kilkenny's Watergate Theatre from eight o'clock till half ten with a fifteen minute interval.
Tickets are ten euro.

I've just started posting my photos of Kilkenny, taken in October of 1972.

I'd like to be able to accurately place them on the map, so if you can provide the street and the nearest intersecting street, I'd appreciate it.

Stories about the places would be wonderful as well.
