The most delightful patchwork challenge

Hello!

I wanted to present the contest patchwork and textile art "mmmmhh ......! (Let's go with recipes)" by desedamas.

Here you have the funny and the serious rules:

Ingredients:

100% creativity
75% silk
50 grams of thread
3 o 4 needles
1 spoon of love
sweet or spicy at pleasure
Dificulty: Child from 0 to 16 years old
Adult from 17 to 99 years old

Preparation:

The first step is to have all the tools and ingredients on the table. Do not forget your imagination!
Prepare the fabrics, it’s very important that you looooooove them.
Cut the silk into small pieces to make the outcome more flamboyant or if you prefer, use it as base.
Take a little from here, another from there and mix it all.
Preheat the needles, load with energy and start working.
Continue sewing until the work is getting ready.
Preparation time: between 3 days and 10 months

Ready to serve on June 15th, 2011

hi, i'm nearly 30, i sew, love patchwork and am new to this group. gosh, that sounds like an introduction at AA or something!

i hope my little quilts count - they are scrappy and a little wonky! (i messed up and the wonky pieces influenced the binding a bit too much!)

We want to share with you a challenge of textil art that we make every year.

The subject of this is "this little things..." (emotions, laughs, travels, friends, quilting, wines, chats,...)

Is a little format challenge 40x40 cm (like a 16x16 inches) and the most important characteristic the 75% of the work has to be in silk!
