hi
used to workk at the zoo in the mid 1980"s to 1990"s
silly question i lost all my photos of myself and animals in recent house fire.
do you have any old photos left by ellis daw or western morning news
specially looking for a photo of me with the late great spar aged 10 weeks and some press photos of two jaguars and me they were all taken between 1987/1989

We have now visited Dartmoor Zoo twice in a year now.We live close to both Howletts & Port Lympne, although these two are bigger.I prefer Dartmoor Zoo, because of the close proximity of the animals, no obtrusive fencing fouling up your shots, and the animals appear to be happier overall.

It was nice meeting Ben during a book signing session last week at the zoo....he is a great man doing a great job...keep up the good work

I couldn't agree more! We love it and have been 4 times in the last couple of years. We are coming back tomorrow (Saturday 21st July) and will spend the day taking loads of piccies! Will post some shots when we get back to Cornwall on Sunday.

I just saw "We Bought A Zoo". I did not know that the movie was based on a real story when I bought it.

I must say what an amazing person you are for having that 20 seconds of insane bravery! If and when I ever get to the United Kingdom; I am definitely stopping in!
