Kodak Portra 35mm Film

Does anyone know any stores or people who sell Kodak Portra 35mm Film ? Preferably 400 ISO but 160 ISO is fine and in boxes of 5 rolls.

Information in a nutshell:
- This National photography competition is FREE to enter.
- The aim is to have photos of people of all ages in photos that show how unique we are as Kiwi’s
- The winning images will be published in a ‘coffee table’ style book, A4 and A5 size and an e-book; for us in New Zealand and home-sick Kiwi’s all around the world.
- Images taken in New Zealand should be emailed to the organiser (email address: callmekiwiphotocomp@gmail.com) Please email images with a file size limit of 1MB, with your name and details of where the photo was taken ie Ngongotaha, Rotorua.
- By emailing a photo to enter into the competition you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the competition (see below for details).
- The winner of the photography competition will win $500NZ and their image will be published on the cover of this photographic book.
- If your image is chosen (by a panel of judges) to be published in this book; your name and details of where the image will be printed with the photograph. You will also have a promotional feature about yourself and your photography (photography website etc) in the credit section of the book; free of charge. * If your image is chosen by the panel of judges to be in the book or is the winning photo. I will contact you via email and may request you to email you the image again in a higher resolution and will request further information about your promotional feature which will be published in the book.
- This competition opens on October 8th 2012 and closes on February 8th 2013.

Terms and Conditions
1. “Call me Kiwi” is a National photography competition and is open to all amateur and professional photographers.
2. Entry is free of charge.
3. The winner of this photograph competition will receive a one off payment of $500NZ.
4. Only digital images in JPEG file format will be accepted.
5. Submitted photos may be colour or black and white.
6. Each photographer may submit up to 30 entries.
7. Each photo entered has to include a person in it.
8. The original image should be of a high resolution.
9. All entries must have been shot within New Zealand in the last 10 years.
10. By virtue of entering an image the entrant certifies the work as his or her own.
11. By emailing a photo to enter into this competition you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the competition
12. Entrants retain ownership of their images and all other rights to future use of these.
13. By virtue of entering an image the entrant certifies that the images entered have gained consent from the parents/guardians of any child under the age of 18.
14. Royalties will not be paid for any commercial use of images.
15. The organiser reserves the right to use selected entries on the promotional Facebook page (with copyright details on the photo) no remuneration will be offered.
16. The competition begins on October 8th 2012 and closes on February 8th 2013.
17. Please note that the decision of the contest judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

*Renee Hollis has self-published eight photographic books and is from Nelson, New Zealand. Renee is passionate about photography, travel and helping children in need. She ran a national photographic competition in New Zealand; resulting in the highly successful book called “AROHA/Love”, as seen on “Breakfast” this book was very successful. Over 3000 photos were entered from more than 500 photographers from Kerikeri to Stewart Island. Another one of my books Kia Maumahara Ki Nga Whakatauki – Remember Maori Proverbs; was endorsed by Sir Tipene O'Regan, Helen Clarke and members of the Mäori Party (homepages.paradise.net.nz/agem/index.htm). Renee is teaching in Botswana (near the Kalahari Desert) for the year and will be returning to Nelson at the end of 2012. Groups of people Farming communities, fishing, hunting, conservationist (ie saving stranded whales in Golden Bay), activists, New Zealand celebrities, artists, musicians, religious groups, university students (Scarfies etc), alternative lifestylers (hippies, house truckers etc) etc
Celebrations Waitangi Day, Anzac Day, Pasifika festival, Smoke Free Stage Challenge, National Kapa Haka competitions, A&P shows, community events etc
Sport Rugby (professional and grass-roots rugby), cricket, coast-to-coast, sailing, skiing and water skiing, kite-boarding, tennis, golf, trolley derbies, Burt Munro Challenge (including Oreti Beach racing), jet boat racing, four-wheel-driving, horse-racing, bowls, waka ama (outrigger canoe) etc
Culture Maori and Pacific Island cultures, Kapa Haka, immigrates (1st, 2nd generations etc), refugees, the Otara market, flea markets, farmer’s markets, etc

Tips from the judges
This is what the judges would like to see:
1. High QUALITY PHOTOS, please make sure the photo is in focus – not blurry, good enough quality photo to be printed in a A4 size.
2. EMOTION – the judges are looking for photos that have emotion in them. Un-posed and natural (however there are exceptions to this rule).
3. COLOUR or BLACK AND WHITE – both are equally popular.
4. BACKGROUND – make sure the background adds to the photo and doesn’t distract your eye
5. NUMBERS OF PEOPLE – Photos of large groups of people are often not as effective as 1 to 3 people or a small group.
6. LANDDSCAPE – This book will be printed in a landscape format. If your photo is landscape it will take up a large percentage of the page whereas a portrait formatted photo will not take up as much room – but are still accepted.
7. EMAIL –
- Please email your photos as files under1MB (high res images will; be requested later – if chosen to be published in the book).
- Please include your name in the file name for each photo
- Photos can be sent as individual emails or as a Zip file.
