I was at the exciting game on July 9 when Jeter had his 3000th hit, which happened to be a homerun, and went 5-5 at the plate. Check out some of my pics please!

I surprised my dad with tickets to the Yankees vs Mets game for Father's Day, we both had a great time and the Yankees won off a Teixiera Grand Slam :) Here are edited Pics that I took.

Posada will probably DH a lot. Hopefully Cervelli will do well this year as he has so far. I miss him behind the plate but Jorge is getting older. I think we will miss him if he retires and glad we have him to at least DH!

I think Posada will play as much this year as long as he stays healthy. He still gets the job done and is a very good hitter. But he's no spring chicken anymore. Cervelli is a decent backup but I think Next year and even by the end of this year Montero will have arrived. I think we'll at least see a September call up where he sees some action. Then he should be ready next year.

Next year I'd like to see both Jesus Montero and J. Posada play pretty much full time. I'd like to see Montero catch about 100gms and DH 50, and Posada do the opposite (DH 100 and catch about 50) getting each of them about or over 500 at bats. This kid Montero's bat is ready now they're saying, just working on catching skills.

I was just down at Spring Training. He played a lot but it was apparent he is working hard with Cervelli as backup. I also read that in one of the sports review. I got the impression that Posada will definitely be playing most games. He's working hard to have a strong backup so he can have a break when needed. He's needed in the second half of the season and for post-season. I think we will see plenty of Posada, which is great. He's also catching for AJ Burnette now - they worked a lot together and put last season behind them.

Posada is the best, but they want to make sure he is able to play the
entire season and with his age at that position that can easily wear his body down.
