Hey everyone!

I recently created a website where anyone can upload their own homeless photos and tag them with location or anything really, and users will be able to rate your photos for awesomeness!

If you are interested in contributing to the project or just want to showcase your homeless photos, visit www.labummer.com/wp. just create a username and password (it's super easy and I only ask this to prevent spambots from posting irrelevant content) and then you can upload as many images as you want!

I would love to have images contributed from around the world, and Ireland is beautiful. Rock on.

Aims & hopes include some good discussions related to street photo. in Dublin, getting to know those actively working the streets around you, having a pool free from dumping of unrelated photos so that one can browse a consistent collection. etc

i agree about the portraits. they don't work in the series because they are portraits. the one that does work is the guy in the booth, probably because he's a part of the overall landscape instead of out front, separate.

Cool. Some ok contemporary documentary work there. The portraits don't sit well enough in the series for me though. Also its a pity there's no more than that series to view..

Members of this group may be interested in the new bi-annual Street Photography magazine PUBLICATION which has just launched its first limited edition issue on the theme of 'Inspiration'. It consists of a booklet of essays and 22 beautiful unbound prints that come in a custom made carton. Produced out of London by street photographer and flickr member Nick Turpin.

And if you do make candid pictures in the street, you can submit them for consideration in future editions here.
