I wanted to share this event with as many Portland area photographers as possible. But know I'm sure most of you have heard about the ridiculous action the city of Portland will be taking regarding the sign above the White Stag building.

In an effort to stage a peaceful protest, I would love it if we could get countless photographers to go on a photo walk and take images of that sign all at the same time!

Please even if you cannot attend, share with your friends and family. As photographers the idea of something that is visible in public domain becoming an item to be purchased for your photo is a VERY scary thought.

Also, plan to join us at the Northwest Children's Theater on Feb. 9th, 2013 from 6pm to 9pm to see the winning photographs, listen to live local music and indulge in a local beer. (Not a 21 & over event! There will be representatives from Portland Child Art Studio, Adventure WILD Day Camp and ArtODS on hand with crafts for all ages!)
