Is this thing on?

I think that with Carlos' rejuvenation (thank you for all of your hard work) on the RBJ site, it may be time to resurrect our Flickr Group.

Many of you are great photobloggers, photographers, and vloggers. We have an opportunity to showcase ourselves, through those mediums, right here in this group.

So I'll be posting some themes and projects soon. You participation is optional, but highly encouraged. Don't be shy, and definitely feel free to jump in.

Also, group suggestions are most welcome.
Have fun, and stay tuned!

As suspected he would, he did change the description of the photograph and removed all the member comments made on the original "presentation".
Those of you who got to the page AFTER it was edited by the poster might not have found it offensive. It is now nothing but a guy making a silly face. What offended many people including me was actually the description of the picture, especially the "weird Chinese" part. Many Flickr members found it extremely offensive and left comments, which were later deleted by the poster.

Work sucked, practice didn't go much better. Not much snap to the throws at all. Just kinda felt tired today. What better to do than go play golf? Yup, went to the OSU golf course today for the first time. VERY nice course. It's amazing how much better you play when you're not trying to put around fallen tree branches.

When I got back, I went to take my photo for the day. Couldn't really think of anything to photograph, so I thought I'd do another self portrait. Not just any self-portrait though. More like a "weird" Chinese person self portrait. ENJOY!!

CAMERA INFO:

Nikon D90 | 70-200mm f/2.8 | ISO 200 | f/2.8 | 1/25th second.

STROBIST INFO:

SB900 with red color correcting gel fired via cyber-sync into umbrella and reflected onto good ole' me. About 8 feet away from above.

This offensive picture was posted to a flickr group with more than 55,000 members and was not taken down by the group moderator. Shocking.
