I find that whatever tournament has people I know in it is the most exciting. If I had to decide between two tournaments going on at the same time with people I knew, it would come down to who I liked more ;)

its almost impossible to take karate to olympics, because there are so many different styles, there will be big diferent in the fighters styles and rules, there will be big different in the power the fighters come with, in the top there wil almost only be fighters from Ashihara and kyoshin karate...!!

in my first fight i took a full power kick in head from a red belt Teakwondo fighter, in the start, he did get his ass kicked afterward.... Karate and especially Ashihara in my opinion beats Teakwondo

my fighting weight is 95 kilo....

Ashihara Karate, no gloves, only leg skins (a soft leg protecter), and teath guard, in knockdown the end is often a kick with full power to head, the lates rumors is that the highest graded competiters will be alowed to use hands to punch in head, still nothing on hands....... ;O)
