Hallo,

Been very busy all week and haven't done much new shooting, but I've been rendering a bunch of photos I've taken over the past 10 years on the Isle of Man. This is a pretty random assortment of fifty out of a couple of hundred that I thought I would share ...

Hi everyone. I started as well giving critique. And hope to receive some on the pic below. Please leave your comments on the link to my pic. This one was taken in a harbour in South Africa, the boat was connected via a rope to the boat in front of it. From there the odd position of the boat. I loved the picture in blue, so I have it a selenium cast from Adobe lightroom.

Well, I think I'll start off with a new critique thread. Post a photo of what you want critiqued and the link to it in your photostream. To get a the photo for the thread, go to your photo, then click on all sizes and select the option for medium and copy the text in the box. Don't forget a link back to the photo's page, so we can have the critique as part of the photo's page, instead of in this thread.

I'll go first:

I happened upon this scene while walking through the forests of nothern Japan. The original photo is quite dull compared to this finished product. What do you think?

Either a single contest - shoot the logo for the group icon. Or to shoot the logo on a more regular basis. Like every two months you can submit a recent photo for a "logo"contest.

Perhaps we could have a monthly content and people can submit one of their photos to be used as the icon for next month?
