Ive only just learned that they plan to demolish all the out buildings of the famous "Hammer" studios outside Windsor turning the gothic main house into flats or such like as they have done with the old studios at Isleworth, Worton Hall. It seems like nothing can be done to stop the march of the money men putting up disgusting "flabbablocks" on our film history.
Pity pity pity.. money does not speak it bellows!

CBS has renewed two hit comedy series for multiple seasons in one fell swoop.
The deal with Warner Bros. TV renews the tube's top-rated comedy, Two and a Half Men, through

the 2011-2012 season, while Leonard & Co. will be geeking out for us at least through May 2011.
"Our collaboration with Warner Bros. and Chuck Lorre for these two series has led to great

entertainment for television audiences and has been very good business for CBS," said CBS

entertainment president Nina Tassler. "With these shows firmly in place, CBS is well-positioned for

more comedy success in the years ahead."

Added Warner Bros. TV boss Peter Roth, "We are extremely grateful to and appreciative of CBS for

the support and long-term commitment they have made to both of these remarkable series with their

well-deserved, multi-year pickups."

Now in its sixth season, Two and a Half Men averages 15 million total viewers. The Big Bangers, having

surged with their sophomore cycle, are pulling about 10 mil weekly.

Christina Ricci is heading to the altar with boyfriend Owen Benjamin.

The actress and her new fiancé met on the set of their forthcoming film, All's Faire in Love, and went public with their relationship in November, according to Us. Benjamin made his own film debut in last year's The House Bunny, alongside Anna Faris.

Ricci, who starred in last year's green-screen fiesta, Speed Racer, is currently appearing as Holly Hunter's new coworker on TNT's Saving Grace.

Joining Ricci and her husband-to-be in All's Faire is a bevy of stars, including Cedric the Entertainer, Ann-Margaret and Bill Engvall. The rom-com centers on the couple, whose characters meet while working at — can you guess? — a Renaissance Faire.
