In general, I prefer to take shots in the morning because you're less likely to encounter people, and lighting can be more dramatic when the sun is out.

It's goes on and on, could spend a whole morning there, easy to get inside the buildings too for high views. Will be knocked down in the next few years also.

I was wondering whether someone might be able to tell me where this video of Dusty Springfield walking around a construction site of high rises was shot? I can't place it. The opening voice-over is French but the scene is almost certainly UK.
