Hi, I'm from Montreal and I'm addicted, really, to drawing people in the Metro. I don't think I ever did not do some drawing in the Metro .since maybe 2005 or so ... when riding alone, well, maybe, once. Just joined today by chance falling on this group.

Hi, I live in Catania Sicily, I sketch passengers when I use the train or fly... there is metro in Catania with just 4 stations.. (never use it) and the bus sytem is to bad for drawing

Hi, I live in belgium and just started out with sketching. The only spare time I have is on the train, so my first sketchbook looks pretty boring with only sitting/sleeping people on the train..

Joined a while ago, but finally deciding to really "participate."
Anyway, I'm in Fukuoka, Japan.
Actually, I'm outside the city and I sketch on the train/subway whenever I go to the city to run errands or visit my girlfriend.

good topic, jumanji151. to me it makes a drawing much more valuable, when i know, where it was made.

i would encourage everyone, to tag his drawings with the name of the city - so one could browse the group by city.

I already had a set called "train sketches" so I was very happy to find a group of like-minded artists...!
By the way, I usually draw on urban trains.
