I go through the recent additions to the group every few days to check out whether the shot appears to be from a train rather than of or merely related to a train, and I frequently remove shots. A couple of other group members have rights to do this, too. I thought I caught all the ones that don't meet the criteria, but I guess I missed some.

I'm new to the group, but the main reason I joined was for the specific subject matter: "From the Train." The group rules are clear, and they should be enforced. Otherwise, photographers with the same purpose I had in joining will pass it by and we'll all lose the chance to see their photos.

There seems to be quite a few shots in here that are of a train and not actually from a train:

Then there are these shots of a pond. I've seen ponds like this from a train, but I've never been this close to tree branches from a train:

The train would have to be really small to fit under this branch:

Looking at lynn2356's photostream, there are no signs of a train around that pond.
