It's an Italian-type sandwich that I love to make (and eat of course)...based on quizno's, but constructed a little differently. The bread I've typically used is a flatbread or even Naan. Inside, I spread out basil pesto, then lay out several slices of genoa salami, pepperoni, and sometimes capicola. I top off the meat with a slice or two of provolone, then put in the oven. Fold the flatbread over and enjoy! Hope to hear any improvements or ideas to enhance this sandwich; thanks again for your time!

If I can figure it out, I'll make your sandwich, OR perhaps improve it... :-) If possible.

The Swedish company ABBA Seafood AB makes a really good creamed salmon spread... I found it at IKEA in Canada.
Great on toast with sliced hardboiled egg as an open faced sandwich.
