Job requirements: a volunteer or two

Wanted experienced group moderators who know photography, composition, and can make a judgment about which shots to include, and which to say "no" to.

Approval of shots submitted and inviting shots seen elsewhere are a part of the task.

Shots considered MUST be the exception, NOT just well done, but EXCEPTIONALLY well-done.

Applicants must be open to EXPLORE Flickr, and choose the exceptional work, and help to recognize that work through inclusion in this group.

This group will increase in popularity and exposure to the Flickr public, and we want it to remain a bastion of people's favorite places to start and come back to.

If you have the experience in moderating other groups, and would like to help here, please drop me a note.

Exceptional Photographer Dr. James Thomasito Noriega

I normally find photos which strike me as being "exceptional" but rarely find a photographer that can not seem to post a "bad" shot.

Dr. James Thomasito Noriega is one such photographer. Strictly speaking each photo isn't his own, as the work of his brother is also included.

The Art of Photography isn't just pushing the release and recording what you see, although that is fine for some of the purists, it isn't all there is.

Mastery means an investment in your work, Thomasito has made such an investment, in time , money, and post processing, and the result is a body of work worthy of the appellation of "Exceptional Photographer".
