Cover photo needed for France cycling book

Excellent Books are looking for a cover shot for their new guidebook "Cycling Northern France". The main criteria are:
* A spectacular shot on any Northern French greenway or signed cycle route, north of but NOT including Eurovelo 6 along the Loire.
* A family group cycling/with cycles in a recognisably French setting, city or country eg white sandy Breton beach, chateau, tree-lined canal, cafe bar in the background etc
* Portrait or landscape format
Prize = £100

Hi there

The Freewheeling France website is now live: www.freewheelingfrance.com

I'm still working out a few bugs but progress has been good.

Thanks to everyone out there who has contributed photos. I've provided links from the pics as well as from bylines back to photostreams. I'm endeavouring to drop a line of personal thanks to everyone over the next few days.

Any feedback on the site from the cycling community would be most appreciated. I'll be adding more content, maps and messageboards in the near future – contributions still welcome!

We love seeing new pics pip up in our pool but we do want to make sure they are all relevant.

Photos suitable for the pool generally fall into the following categories:

1. Any quality image that was taken in France and includes a bicycle (or bicycle component) and/or cyclist in the shot;

2. Any quality image that is *directly* related to cycling in France eg campsite photos (preferably involving bicycles or cycling kit); Tour de France crowds or spectators even if bikes are absent from the shot; canal paths or other cycling-related infrastructure (preferably with bikes/cyclists in the photos but often it's OK without as long as the infrastructure is clearly intended for use by cyclists). Obscure photos without captions that explain the relevance to cycling may be removed.

3. Famous cycling destinations, preferably with bikes in the photos but often acceptable without if the destination is clear (eg famous Tour de France mountains, cycling museums, cycle paths through vineyards, etc). Obscure photos without captions that explain the relevance to cycling may be removed.

We may remove any photos that don't fall into these categories.

Photos that happen to have been taken on a cycle tour or ride but which are generic landscape shots may be removed (ie if the photos are more about France in general than unique to 'cycling in France')
