We All Know Too Much

WAKTM

We invite you on an unforgettable journey through time and space, to places where hope and fear mingle with the highest aspirations of Human Consciousness, where Adventure and Philosophy rub shoulders in backstreet dives on the interplanetary highway.

After humans destroy planet Earth, their only option is to colonize the moon. Until the members of The Trinity, researchers in Evolutionary Metaphysics, develop a a virtual world/garden, into which three characters transcend, so that they may live forever.

The protagonists are adventurer Matty Thorpe, cynical, wise-ass; Joe Creigh, practical, long-suffering; Mian Li, immaculate, melodious, formal; Rev. Brendon Stanton, follower of Christ and His disciples; Dale Anthony, a laidback young man befriended by Matty; The Trinity, responsible for the achievements of the Faculty, and later for its downfal; Randall Walker, a Trinity loyalist; Chief Cohen, trustworthy, genuine, hard-working, heroic, under-appreciated; Operational Director Margaret Abe, strong, fiercely intelligent, utterly unfazed by danger.

"we all know too much" describes the characters - whose knowledge gets them into terrible trouble - and suggests that Mankind’s striving to know everything leads to an undesirable future. Along the way, we risk the perils of Fanaticism and Fundamentalism, the sorrows of Illusion and Delusion and perhaps, ultimately, gaining redemption through Literature, Art, Education, Theology.

There will be a physical Fund Raiser Party. It's in the planning stages now.

I believe this cross-reality Opera can succeed, we just need some capital to get things going both in Second Life and for the physical stage in the UK.

Any ideas on how to plan this and make this a reality?

My thoughts is it should be contemporary as it probably suits the subject matter better , although in the garden it could be classical ballet in contemporary clothing

Lisa is a dancer

"thought of an idea of choreographing...in particular for the creation of garden, escape or moon scenes. also maybe flight of gulls, i have an idea of possibly choreographing and using wings in choreography. I could make it classical ballet, or contemporary/interpretive style. let me know your thoughts. I thought of it as kind of an interpretive, narrative dance, expressing what is happening in the scenes through medium of dance."

What are your thoughts?
