Comment my pictures through fluidr is normal.
The problem seems to be on my PC. I tried another pc and I can add comment and favorite images.
Already cleared my cache and nothing happens.

Check the upper right area of the Fluidr page. Does it show your buddy icon and screen name? Or does it say "Log in to Fluidr"?

I just tested by commenting on your photo here:
www.fluidr.com/photos/jotarazores/8706497708
so it appears the site is working as it should (at least from here).

If you mean Fluidr's main page, that's just showing the images from Flickr's Explore.

The rest of Fluidr is almost as big as Flickr itself. Fluidr doesn't host any images on its own, but only displays images that Flickr makes available through its API.

All your public images are viewable on Fluidr:
www.fluidr.com/photos/tulikipuna/

And if you're signed in, you can view your non-public ones too (I couldn't see them though).

and saw your image on Fluidr.

Some things to try:
* clear your browser cache
* test in another browser
* shut down your router/modem, wait a bit, and restart them.
