Thank you Graham. It's been nice to have a place to post our moonlight works. There are two parts to each image, one get's to be seen here, the other is the utterly extraordanary experience of shooting alone at night under the Moon.

As an astrophotographer, I was shooting under dark skies exclusively, but then I thought, why am I staying in on beautiful moonlit nights? Since then I have been enjoying the results.

I'm looking forward to posting more images soon!

I would like to thank all of the members for their contributions. When I created this group about all I had was one night image I had taken of Mono Lake just north of Lee Vining. I had a vision this group could share photos of similar qualities from around the world. I have never come on and said anything basically just letting the photos speak for themselves. For far to long I have remained still. With all of the people now in the group I had to send a BIG THANK YOU!!!! this is no million man group and I never wanted it to be. In fact I generally leave a group when it gets more than 2,000 members. Just seeing that we now have 73 members and that they are from around the world is a great accomplishment ...again thank you all...........Graham
