We'd love to hear about you...
can you tell us a little about your interest in the fairy world or maybe it's fairies etc in nature that interest you more?
We often stumble upon beautiful places that look like fairies would have to live there!

I love finding fungi growing out in nature and those huge tree roots that are covered in moss and lichen, ferny gullies, and leafy cool green places in the forest, cobwebs, cocoons and the skeletal remains of leaves, ponds and springs, natural waterfalls and the little nooks and crannies where tiny things grow as if in miniature...there just HAS to be a fairy or two living there I'm sure!

Tell us a little or a lot about you and your interests.... enjoy searching for evidence of our fairy world, we want to see more photos...Cheerio for now RobbieBx

YES, new title and new content allowed
You'll notice at the bottom of our HOME PAGE that more content has been invited into our Group Pool.

IF ANYONE HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS ~ PLEASE LIST THEM HERE .....at the end of my comments .....and we'll keep this thread open, so PLEEEZE feel free to comment or just say a brief 'Hi' to the Group.

We want the best fun Group we can possibly have and this is the reason for openning up our list of content.
I hope in widening our list we'll provide much more variety and therefore interest.

Some of you may have noticed that you've been promoted!? This is because I'd like to have as many members onboard as possible. The saying ... there's no 'I' in TEAM ... has always appealed to me; so if you have any spare time and would like to also be promoted please send me a flickr-mail.

Has anyone got some artwork that they are proud of? We'd love to see what you are making, baking or painting .... Post here.

Has anyone thrown - or been invited to - a birthday party with a fairy theme? .... show us a photo and ..... Post here.

Has anyone a special little place in their garden - or out on a balcony in amongst their pot plants - for fairy folk to live ... Post your picture here.

I would like to send a big thankyou to all the lovely flickr-ees who posted their images into our Pool. Toadstools are everywhere and don't they look GREAT?!

As many of you will have realised by now, I am pretty relaxed about this Group's POOL and its content. Just so long as this remains G-rated I'm happy. Oh, and no spooky stuff, I find it all TOO easy to find plenty of dark and gloomy and would like to keep away from that world.

I know our Group is called
fairies, elves and toadstool houses
but I have found this to be a little limiting and I could have perhaps chosen a better title, one that would include ALL the fairy fantasy world characters. This is why you'll have noticed new content in our Group's Pool, most have been invited by moi!!!

Let's face it, there just aren't enough of us in the world who still believe in fairies, more's the pity! So, I include all sorts of forest folk, little fantasy characters, be they - goblin - dwarf - pixies - whatever you have discovered or stumbled upon. Also, there don't have to be toadstools in all of our fairy photos etc; and like wise we don't have to include fairies etc with the toadstools.
Toadstools can be images from nature, artwork, crafted, handmade, sewn, paint/draw, book illust'ns, prints, scanned or photographed, ATC cards, quilts, patchwork, embroidery.
JUST LET your CREATIVITY SHINE. Cheerio RobbieBx
