One month exposure solargraph over the rooftops of Gran Via st. at Madrid city center. As we can see in the picture the solar paths were disrupted by so many cloudy days, we have had one of the most rainy periods along the history. We´ll compare solar tracks next WPPD. Much Sun."

"Pinhole camera made from a beverage can "sleek" size. Pinhole diameter: 0,22 mm ø. Loaded with 14,5 x 15,5 cm. Ilford photosensitive paper MGIV pearl surface. Same camera as used by Time in a Can Solarigraphy Project. The negative was "harvested" on 28th but it was so wet to scan immediately."

World Pinhole Day - The Arcade, Cleveland Ohio

View from the 4th floor at the Hyatt Regency, which is attached to both ends.

The Arcade in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, is a Victorian-era structure of two nine-story buildings, joined by a five-story arcade with a glass skylight spanning over 91m, along the four balconies. Erected in 1890, at a cost of $867,000, the Arcade opened on Memorial Day (May 31, 1890), and is identified as one of the earliest indoor shopping malls in the United States.

Strange silence led me to a deserted meadow. Actually, it was not so lonely. There stood one tree in the middle of meadow with background of forest. During the journey, I sing the song Feeling Good by Nina Simone. Yes, I felt good. The wind rake the hair and pushes back. I probably would not stop, but still go. The sky was still clouded over and the weather is getting tough. I'm not afraid. I'm going for it. I'm going for my hope. And I am feeling good.

I didn't have a huge amount of pinhole success this year, but I'm fairly pleased with this one of our church, just after morning service had finished.

Diana F+ Lomography camera (on true pinhole setting);
Ilford Delta 400 Pro film, 120mm (medium format)
10 secs approx

This was the shot I was after, the one that made me walk on the shore of the Thunersee (Lake Thun) in Switzerland. Mountains, trees, clouds, lake, all exactly as I had hoped I'd find.

Exposed for 0.5s (with IS set to 10mm) at ISO 200, I supported the camera by putting it down on a handrail.

This was shot on the World Pinhole Photography Day 2012. It was also the image that I've submitted for the Pinhole Day gallery.

Fountain, Thun, Switzerland, Pinhole

When walking past the lake in Thun, Switzerland, it's not possible to not be reminded of Heidi movies and stories. The house here to the right is one of those things that really pushes that image.

Shot with a Wanderlust Pinwide, handheld for 0.7s (with IS set to 10mm) at ISO 200.

This was shot on the World Pinhole Photography Day 2012. Couldn't resist trying for a good shot on a day like that :)

Thun Main Station, Pinhole

The main station of Thun, Switzerland, shot with a Wanderlust Pinwide. I really like the enormous flare in this one. Handheld for 0.3s (with IS set to 10mm) at ISO 200.

I took a few shots in succession from this spot and then chose the one with the bus driving by, because it adds interest to that part of the image.

This was shot on the World Pinhole Photography Day 2012. Couldn't resist trying for a good shot on a day like that :)

Self portrait from below at the Aros art museum. Standing there for 10 minutes.

Shot on expired Agfa paper with my homebuilt 18X24cm cardboard camera. Scanned and inverted in photoshop, no further editing. The focal length is 70mm, ultra wide for this format.
