I did a brochure for a Penthouse in this complex, and this is the cover shot. The image was taken early afternoon using my trusty Sony 500. 15mm F7 620/s. Nothing fancy. There is a bit of shadow on the pool telling me I should have made the appointment earlier in the day. I offered to come back and do it another day, but the client was completely delighted with the shot, which is of course the main thing. The colours have been slightly saturated and the shadows lightened in Photoshop. There was some refraction from the sun which I have eliminated.

Vista panorámica desde una casa en Cártama. Three shots 0.7 HDR fused in Photomatix and lightly adjusted in Photoshop to colours. A little straightening too, and cropped from the original. Shot with a Sigma 10 - 20 lens.

Very bright morning in August made it difficult to balance interior and exterior with only 1 camera mounted flash available. Consequently the exterior is a little burned, but at least you have an idea of the view. I feel I should have moved the dresser in the forground as it has taken a lot of the flash and forces too much attention to the near left.
Shot with Sony alpha 500. 10mm (15mm ff) f/9 160th sec. Flash set to max width and power.
We are seeing a lot of this type of property these days. Luxury golf and spa resort homes at drastically cut prices.This room is east facing and I feel would benefit from a dawn shoot if i get the opportunity.

Living Room shot in the middle of the day with bright sunlight from behind. Camera mounted flash on full flash and wide, reflected off the scene.
F9 1/13sec 15mm wide angle. Cropped and straightened in Photoshop. Used ISO 800 to get the kitchen in the background to show up light so the shot is a bit grainy on close inspection.

Here is the before (the first shot once i decided what angle / composition to go for) and after (once proper setup, lighting and postprocessing completed)

I dont remember the exact flash setup, but it probably was something like One Softbox above camera, one SB80 bouncing off the wall camera left and one SB80 bouncing of the wall / ceiling camera right. Only one exposure.

Single flash camera mounted. F9 at 1/2 second. Focal length 10mm (equivalent 15mm full frame). Hand held over the breakfast bar. This is an open plan style kitchen. Very little natural light due to a very dark cloudy day, and the kitchen in a corner far from the nearest window. I hoped to give it a failry cozy feel.
