The giraffes where very interesting to watch. Some of them were walking around. It is quite awsome how filigree they walk for their size. One was just standing around and watching the others, not moving just a bit. And then there was that little one (see in the comments section), which first was hiding behind some rocks, but than came up front, standing strong.
I found some cool very interesting facts about giraffes on the internet, which you can read about here.

This antelope was just sitting around and relaxed. I tried out some different angles to get a good shot of the antelope. What I liked here very much is playing with the focus and the dof.

I just found out some facts about the zoo in Frankfurt. It was founded in 1858 and is the second oldest in Germany. According to wikipedia, the zoo features over 5,000 animals of more than 600 species.
But in comparison to other zoos that I visited it is very small. You can walk through in a very short time. I remember the San Diego zoo that I visited last year which was more than three times as big as the one in Frankfurt. But I like it, that it is smaller. You can give yourself more time to watch those animals.

Llamas are not the cutest animals on earth. But this little guy was really funny. He stood at the fence of his compound and was watching the people walking by while chewing some food. He looked very relaxed, kind of stoned. Nobody could bother him.
I guess, this guy could need a new hair cut though.

After visiting the Bonobos, we went to the other side of the hose of the human apes to see the Orang-Utans. That guy was so cool, that nobody could bother him chilling. He was just laying in his hammock and ate some vegetables.
