An even better example of the result of pointing a pinhole at the sun. I thought I had positioned it far enough in the shade to avoid flare, but I was wrong.

Sun popped out from behind a cloud about halfway through and it was very strong. Kinda threw off my exposure calculations, but I like the contrast that resulted.

Felt the need to get away for a little bit, so I took my pinholes and myself for a hike in the woods. Film winding error left me with a frame and a half at the end of the roll to work with so I decided to make a merged exposure at the falls with the Holga. After stitching the scans back together in post and adding a little toning, this is the result. I might have to experiment with this some more as I really like the effect.

This is from my first roll through this GS645W. At first glance it looks like the twin of my GS645S rangefinder, but it is not an exact twin. The 45mm lens is wider angle of 45mm (28mm equivalent) than the 60mm (40mm equivalent) on the GS645S, and is one stop slower. The biggest difference is this is a scale focus camera, and the GS645S is a rangefinder, and that difference is the biggest issue I am having with it. Even with the 45mm lens, the depth of field is not that great when the focus is not exact. I think on the next roll I will use faster film so my distance guesses are less critical. When the lens is in focus it is very sharp.

I saw this car in the parking lot of Dear John's when I was out for a walk shooting the test roll. The midday light is harsh, but even so the focus is and depth of field up close is not as good as I would desire.

Decided to freehand on this one which is probably the best of the bunch as it's not trying to be any good.
