I shot this in a hurry, and I didn't love how any of them turned out, but I'm going to go with this one for now. I wanted to catch the sunshine being all goldeny, but couldn't get the lighting right. So. Oh, well. This one turned out in cool tones, which maybe fits the tone of the book better, anyway.
So, in honor of the book/movie, here it is.
BTW, I love both.
The bird is my mom's, and yes, she is "hatching" marbles.

The book belonged to one grandmother, the hanky to another. Teacup was salvaged from being tossed and given to me by my brother.
I didn't read P&P until college, and promptly fell in love with the story.
