I think this gas station has been open since March or April, but they are having their grand opening now. This is one of the few gas stations I have seen with a laundry that is not a truck stop!

This is in Macedon, border of Monroe county. Wanted to add this in here as it shows that at a gas station you can do many things. Unlike some countries where you go to a gas station only for gas, in US people hang out at the gas station. I am sure especially in this town they do as it's a small town and there is a McDonalds here, a mini-mart and also a laundromat. (A place to do the laundry.)

Banking via Car

This station was closed. I took this photo past five pm on a weekday. The middle stand, with a white cover, is used for drive through banking. Under the white part is a stand to put in a tube. In this tube the customer puts in checks or deposits, a vacuum system sucks it into the bank, some distance away! I did not realize this system was still in place! You can see in this photo how far the bank is from this tellers station. There is also an intercom in this contraption so the teller inside the bank can talk to the person in the car. Since the bank was closed, this naturally would be closed too. It is not an ATM.
