Post work is tough.

Don't run into one of these or one of those. I had one of these go through my shoe the other day and I was told to use a comb to remove it. It would be the only time I use a comb.

I shot this with my phone through my tinted windows. I laughed thinking, my windows are a great ND filter.
The hike in the rain earlier helped me come up with the title.
Did you know it takes 75 years for this cactus to grow side arms?

This may not be strange for some of you but it never snows (Hail) in the Phoenix area. This was taken at the Arizona Diamondbacks & Colorado Rockies Spring Training Complex. They start playing games this Saturday!
It was complete mayhem this evening!

When the park first opened in 2004, Metra police stopped a Columbia College Chicago journalism student who was working on a photography project in Millennium Park and confiscated his film because of fears of terrorism. In 2005, the sculpture attracted some controversy when a professional photographer without a paid permit was denied access to the piece. As is the case for all works of art currently covered by United States copyright law, the artist holds the copyright for the sculpture. This allows the public to freely photograph Cloud Gate, but permission from Kapoor or the City of Chicago (which has licensed the art) is required for any commercial reproductions of the photographs. The city first set a policy of collecting permit fees for photographs. These permits were initially set at $350 per day for professional still photographers, $1,200 per day for professional videographers and $50 per hour for wedding photographers. The policy has been changed so permits are only required for large-scale film, video and photography requiring ten-man crews and equipment.

Tripods on Ice

This is when the "Tripod Squad" should of showed up saying, "You can't put a tripod there on the ice, it'll move on you. NOW MOVE IT!"
What was pretty interesting at the time was when the sun was warming everything up, this vapor cloud you see in the photo appeared. It vanished shortly there after.

This reminded me of the tide pools I would always stare into in California. I just looked around for little things crawling, little movements and the sound of the leaves blowing high in the trees like waves washing ashore.
