Haven't been shooting for a while, so I went back to edit some shot I did take once upon a time. This was from my trip to Japan last year. This was on the rooftop of the Mori Museum and was a composite of nine stitched photos. I guess it would be easier to invest in a wide-angle lens, but again, I don't shoot anymore :(

For one of my meals in Japan, we decided to try a "kaiseki", since a kaiseki just seemed very quintessentially Japanese. Basically, it's a traditional multi-course dinner, focusing on seasonal ingredients. Typical ones consist of six to 15 different kinds of food.

Everything the hostess described went in one ear and out the other, since I didn't speak the language, but it was damn tasty and surprisingly filling. Worth every yen.

Hitting "L" for large view doesn't do it justice. I stitched together six photos for this panorama. It was a great looking day for fan turnout to see our hometown Giants schmoozing with attendees and signing autographs for them.

Over 40,000 black and orange-clad fans showed up and were able to spill onto the field. It was a pretty cool feeling standing on the pitcher's mound and temporarily living out dreams that my shaky arm and terrible hand-eye coordination could never bring to fruition.

My walls at home are pretty much bare and I've never hung up a photo of mine, but I kinda liked this view I took from my hotel room when I visited Santorini (three separate shots at morning, dusk, evening)... Debating between the triptych or the one panel... Thoughts?

After 30+ years of swearing off soccer, I finally succumbed in 2010 and caught FIFA fever. After going to Barcelona, Sevilla, and Madrid last month, coupled with an early USA exit, I jumped on Spain's bandwagon. The game today wasn't pretty, but I'm glad they came out on top.

This was taken at a shop right outside a bullfighting ring. The actual event was NOT exactly what I expected. Gruesome as hell, PETA would have a s#it fit if this 'sport' ever made its way Stateside.
