The Boneyard is a repository of discarded neon signs in downtown Las Vegas. Here is another glimpse at the fast food precinct.

In addition to the signs themselves, the Boneyard houses some components such as the colorful neon tubes shown here.

Discarded signage from some of America's favourite roadside eateries finds repose in the Boneyard, a junkyard of old neon signs in Las Vegas. Public tours of the Boneyard are offered by the Neon Museum across the street. I took one of those tours.

BTW, this photo came at a price. After I wandered away from the tour to photograph these fast food signs (which were tucked away in the back of the lot), I accidentally got locked in to the Boneyard. Luckily the Neon Museum folks hadn't wandered too far from the gate by the time I noticed that they were gone, and they quickly unlocked the gate and let me out. : )
