I've taken this in April 2008. You can see another version of the skyline shot in my stream ('The clouds are moving'), but it's without the light beams. Totally forgot i wanted to upload this one too ;)

EDIT: Most of you saw the same as me :) I noticed a flying pig too - thanks for all the other interpretations. It's great to see the variety of perception

If you see a strange gradient in the sky (with steps) it may be your display. At home on my Eizo it looks great, but here at work on a normal TN-Panel Display i can see color steps :(

Happy Birthday to my mom!

I've seen such pictures of the moon after the lunar eclipse and had to try it out with a "normal" moon. The water is generated using a photoshop plugin of course ;)

The photo of the moon itself had been shot about a month ago, using the 70-200 f/4 + 1,5 Kenko TK.
