Late Spring flowers.
Besides the eye catching red Gulmohar/Krishnachura and Peacock flowers the yellow Amaltas flowers (also called Golden shower tree or Indian Laburnum; Xonaru in Assamese and Ngaingaw in Mizo) are now in full bloom adding colors to the surroundings.
In the neighboring city of Shillong the Blue Jacaranda flowers/ Neeli Gulmohar, posted in the comment column below, are quite a welcome sight at this time of the year.

8. Aidu in Mizo &.Salaphiah in Khasi(J)(Bot: Amomum dealbatum). It's an odd one out as it is not a fruit. It's a flower, used as vegetables, of a rhizome that blooms at the base of its roots.

Ruins of Dimasa Kachari Kingdom at Dimapur, Nagaland.
Dimapur is the ancient capital of the Kachari tribe, whose rule existed before the 13th century AD. Reminiscences of the glory of this kingdom can be found in the ruins that are scattered in and around the town. Besides monoliths, Dimapur contains other ruins of temples, embankments and baths
The modern day Dimapur is one of the most prosperous and thriving cities of the Northeast of India

1 & 2. Myrica(Myrica esculenta/ farquhariana)(Keifang in Mizo and Soh Phie in Khasi-Kaiphal in Hindi,Nagatenga {Assam}) Now in season.
3.Khawmhma in Mizo and Sohma in Khasi(Bot. name-Rhus javanica/semialata)- Tangy in taste. It comes in early part of Autumn.
4.8.Thei Pangkai in Mizo-Soh-ramdieng in Khasi, Leteku in Assamese(Bot.name-Baccaurea sapida/ramiflora) The fruits grow directly on the boughs in bunches.
